This home is a classic Victorian restored in 1992. One of the first properties restored by Repeat History Restoration, it had serious structural and cosmetic challenges going into the project. |

The clapboard and porches on the exterior of the home needed extensive repair. As with all of our properties, a classic palette of colors were chosen for the exterior to accentuate the deatils of the home. |

We added plaster medallions with custom pain finishes, wainscotting, and a brick hearth in the kitchen to accomade a coal stove. We also restored the in-law apartment on the third floor. |

A signature detail of the home was the the bay windows, most of which were rotted and needed an epoxy-wood blend to support new glass when restored. |

The home sold after just 2 weeks on the market once restoration was complete. |
