This home is a classic Victorian restored in 1997. The building was quite large, and the decision was made to convert it to 3 condominium units. It remained our greatest goal throughout the restoration to make sure we preserved the original integrity and beauty of the home during this multi-unit conversion. |

This was a large-scale restoration, as we needed to resurface everything inside and out. A classic 7-color victorian color scheme was chosen for the exterior to replace the staid single-color white it had been previously painted. |
